  • What do I need to do when registering?

    When registering, you should let us have your meter number, your meter reading and your chosen registration date.

  • Where do I find my meter number?

    Your meter number is on your meter. Usually, you can find your meter in the basement of your building or close by. If you have issues, finding your meter, please contact your landlord.

    If you have already taken out a contract with DEW21, you will also find your meter number on your welcome letter and on every bill.

     

  • What is the easiest way for me to become a DEW21 customer?

    The easiest way to become a DEW21 customer is online or by telephone. Of course, you can also visit us at our service centre in central Dortmund and become a DEW21 customer there.

  • What is the best-value product for me?

    The best-value product is the product that is most suited to your individual needs. After all, our products differ in terms of both price and services included. The most affordable products are our basic products, which are online-only. If you call us or visit our service centre, we will be happy to give you one-to-one advice so that you can find the best product for you.
